Please book by telephone or email. A 20% deposit (non-refundable) will be required to secure dates requested. Dates confirmed when deposit received (will allow 14 days from provisionally booking for payment). Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure dates. In addition a refundable deposit will be required when collecting keys to the apartment, (€100) to cover loss/damage to apartment or contents. €100 will be returned on handing back the keys after final check of apartment prior to departing for home.
