Terms & Conditions In the event of cancellation, deposits are non refundable. The outstanding balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure, unless alternative arrangements agreed prior to travel. No responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to customers or their belongings.(customers are advised to take own travel insurance) Any damage/breakage's/theft of items identified will be liable for payment out of security deposit (any outstanding monies returned after deduction made) Parking and the apartment facilities are for customers only. Please respect the local community, their customs and way of life. Maximum number of 6 people per booking. Families and couples are most welcome. No single sex groups. No animals. No smoking inside the apartment. No loud or noisy activities after 12 midnight. You will be pursued for and further monies should the breakages and/or damages exceed €100. Please leave the apartment as you expect to find it. On final inspection when handing back the keys your €100 euro deposit will be refunded. Please close and lock all windows, shutters and doors prior to leaving.
